Policies, codes and standards
We believe how we deliver is just as important as what we deliver.
At GSK, we rely on people inside our business, and those we work with outside our company, to work responsibly and adhere to high standards that reflect our company ethos and values.
Our values and expectations are enforced through our Company Code of Conduct and robust compliance processes.
GSK Code of Conduct
Everything we do is guided by our commitment to our company values – transparency, respect for people, integrity and patient focus. The foundation of this commitment is laid out in our Code of Conduct.
All of our staff are expected to read, understand and abide by our company Code of Conduct. We support their understanding with training and guidance so we can make the right decisions in any situation.
GSK Third Party Code of Conduct
GSK strives to conduct business with third parties (including complementary workers, suppliers and other business partners) who share our commitment to high
ethical standards and operate in a responsible and ethical manner. Accordingly, all of our third parties are expected to read, understand and abide by our company Third Party Code of Conduct.
Visit our global website to read the GSK Code of Conduct, and for more information on our other global policies and standards.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) Programme
The Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) Programme is part of GSK’s response to the threat and risk of bribery and corruption. The programme includes an ABAC Policy and Standard, which have been designed to help staff and external parties understand bribery and corruption risk, and their responsibilities to actively combat it.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Guidelines for Third Parties
We provide our Third Party Guidelines to all third parties that we engage with in order to make them aware of our anti-bribery and corruption policies and what we expect from them as our business partners.
New Zealand Industry Standards
GSK NZ also adheres to leading industry body standards as set out by the Medicines New Zealand Code of Practice and the New Zealand Self Medication Industry standards.
